The TV Holz (Turnverein Holz 02 eV) was founded in 1902 in Holz and is the sports club with the largest number of members in the Heusweiler community . The flagship are the volleyball women who play as proWIN Volleys TV Holz in the 2nd Bundesliga South .

Since 2014 (with an interruption from 2016 to 2018) the women have been playing as proWIN Volleys TV Holz in the 2nd Bundesliga South . The coaches are Patrick Fielker and Ralf Dodler, and Steven Weber is responsible for the team. The home games of the proWIN volleys are played in the multifunctional sports hall of the Hermann-Neuberger-Sportschule in Saarbrücken or in the sports hall of the Friedrich-Schiller-Schule in Heusweiler.
The proWIN volleys have three other women's teams and several youth teams.
