Tacheles was a talk show . It was organized by the Evangelical Radio and TV Church on NDR and was sponsored by the Evangelical Church in Germany , the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hanover and the Hanover Monastery Chamber . The editorial office had its seat in the house of church services of the regional church Hanover. The talk show aired on Phoenix .
