The constituency of Jessen (constituency 25) is a state electoral district in Saxony-Anhalt . The constituency of the Wittenberg district includes the cities of Annaburg , Bad Schmiedeberg , Graefenhainichen , and Kemberg as well as part of the city of Jessen (Elster) .
