Tamara Pavlovna Garkuschina ( Russian Тамара Павловна Гаркушина ; born February 1, 1946 in Lipetsk Oblast ) is a former Russian track cyclist and six-time world champion.

In 1967 Tamara Garkuschina was the first time world champion in the single pursuit . She was able to repeat this success five times by 1974. In 1969 she also became vice world champion in this discipline.
