Cornelia "Keetie" van Oosten-Hage (born August 21, 1949 in Sint Maartensdijk ) is a former Dutch cyclist and six-time world champion.

Keetie van Oosten-Hage was active in elite cycling from 1966 to 1979 and was equally successful on track and road. Their first title she won in 1966 when they Dutch champion in the individual pursuit on the track was. In the same year she was runner- up at the UCI Road World Championships at the Nürburgring behind the Belgian Yvonne Reynders . In total, Van Oosten-Hage has been Dutch champion on road and track 20 times, including twelve consecutive titles in the single pursuit.

In 1968 in Imola and 1975 in Yvoir Keetie van Oosten-Hage became world champion in road racing; In 1975 in Rocourt, 1976 in Monteroni di Lecce , 1978 in Munich and 1979 in Amsterdam she became world champion in the single track pursuit. On September 16, 1978, she improved the world hour record to 43.082 km and set further records over 5, 10 and 20 km. However, she never took part in the Olympic Games.

Keetie van Oosten-Hage was sportswoman of the year in the Netherlands three times, in 1976, 1977 and 1978 . Her sisters Bella van der Spiegel-Hage and Heleen Hage were also successful cyclists; her nephew Jan van Velzen was active as a professional racing driver from 2000 to 2004. The trophy, which is awarded annually in the Netherlands to the "cyclist of the year", is named after her.

From 1985 Keetie van Oosten-Hage worked as coordinator for the Dutch Cycling Federation; later she worked as a teacher. Today she lives in Kloetinge near Goes .
