Tammy Lauren (born November 16, 1968 in San Diego , California ), actually Tammy Lauren Vasquez , is an American actress .

Life

Lauren began her acting career in 1978, including a guest role on Fantasy Island . The following year she had recurring roles on the series Angie and Out of the Blue . After that she mostly played episode roles. Between 1991 and 1993 she had one of the leading roles in the Homefront series . She had another leading role in Martial Law - The Karate Cop , but left the series after six episodes. Between 2006 and 2008 she starred in 107 episodes of the soap opera Shadow of Passion . Their only feature film - starring role she played in horror - B-Movie Wishmaster by Wes Craven .

Lauren is married to Israeli actor Guri Weinberg , the son of Mosche Weinberg . Her stepfather is the film director Charles Jarrott . She holds the black belt in Shōtōkan - karate .
