At the time of the 2000 United States Census, Tampa was inhabited by 144 people. The population density was 278.0 people per km ². There were 69 housing units at an average of 133.2 per km ². The population of Tampa was 93.06% white and 6.94% named two or more races. 9.03% of the population declared to be Hispanic or Latinos of any race.
