Tarnoruda (Ukrainian and Russian Тарноруда ) is a village in the west of the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 660 inhabitants (2004).
The village was founded in 1583 and is the only village in the district council of the same name .
Tarnoruda located in the west of Rajon Volochysk on the border Oblast Ternopil on the banks of Zbruch , a left tributary of the Dniester , about 75 km west of the Oblastzentrum Khmelnytsky and 16 km south of Rajonzentrum Volochysk . On the opposite side is the sister village of Tarnoruda .
In the village there are some sights, such as the two baroque churches and a manor house.
