Baptismal font in Vallangoujard

The baptismal font in the Catholic Church of St-Martin in Vallangoujard , a French parish in the Val-d'Oise department in the Île-de-France region , was created in the 14th century. In 1921 the Gothic baptismal font was added to the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique .

The stone baptismal font comes from the former church in the hamlet of Mézières and was installed in the St-Martin church in 1970. Since the base was badly damaged, it was replaced.
