The Center of the Heart (Is a Suburb to the Brain) (German: Die Mitte vom Herzen (Is the suburb to the brain) ) is a love song . To be with her love means to play with fire for the singer. She asks him if he doesn't want to come over, stressing that she wants him so badly and wants her love to answer her calls.

The song was released as a single by EMI Records in 2001 . It is the first single from their seventh studio album, Room Service . The music video for the single was shot under the direction of Jonas Åkerlund .
