The Evermoor Chronicles ( English for Die Evermoor Chronicles ) is a British youth - dramedy with fantasy and mystery elements by the Walt Disney Company , which was produced by Lime Pictures. The series is a continuation of the Evermoor miniseries . The idea for the series came from Tim Compton and Diane Whitley, who were already responsible for the miniseries Evermoor and the series House of Anubis . It premiered on November 9, 2015 on Disney Channel in the UK and Ireland.

Tara and her family continue to try to get used to their new surroundings after the events of Evermoor . But turbulent times await the residents of Evermoor Manor. The Everinen and above all Esmerelda try to pursue their goals and use all kinds of tricks. Then there is the magical tapestry that foresees the future and causes some trouble. And then the demigod Otto appears in Evermoor, who was banished to earth by his father and causes even more chaos. With the help of her friends and aunt Bridget, will Tara manage to master all the challenges or will Evermoor sink into chaos?

In the new season, Evermoor Manor welcomes new residents, Uncle Jed and Bella's cousin Alice. The two want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and lead a peaceful life in the apparently quiet Evermoor. Otto's demigod brother Iggi also comes to Evermoor, who got into trouble on his arrival and was poisoned. Meanwhile, a magic mirror is found in Evermoor that fulfills wishes. Iggi is the only one who knows about the dangerous secret of the mirror and is sure that only this can heal it. But the mirror is unpredictable and causes a lot of trouble for the residents of Evermoor Manor. It even goes so far that the mirror blows Ludo into several magical splinters and turns him into a ghost. Can Bella save the village from the Davorin threat and put Ludo back together?

Evermoor Confidential Chronicles
In November 2015, a short web series entitled Evermoor Confidential Chronicles was released to accompany the first season of The Evermoor Chronicles . In the individual episodes of the 20-part short series, one or two main characters of the series give a small preview of the next episode in a vlog. The short series always plays between two episodes.
