The Job ... the finger on the trigger (Original title: The Job ) is an American action film from 2003 . Directed by Kenny Golde , who also wrote the screenplay.
action
CJ March works as a hit man for drug dealer Vernon Cray. She kills a man who stole $ 500,000 worth of drugs from her boss, but the man doesn't have the drugs with him. They are taken over by the friend of the pregnant Emily Robin, who kills a person in the process.
March is pressured by her boss to finish the job and get the drugs back. She learns that she is pregnant and wants to quit her job. March finds Robin, but doesn't kill her when she sees Robin's advanced pregnancy. She goes to an abortion clinic, but later decides to keep the child. Cray mocks her softness and threatens to take matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, flashbacks show that March's mother is being beaten up by her partner - until little March shoots the man.
March tracks down Robin's friend and fatally injures him in the ensuing pursuit. Robin takes the drugs and gives birth to the child in the utility room of a restaurant. She exposes the child and escapes on drugs. March catches up with her, but she is shot by Robin. She returns to her apartment bleeding, where she shoots Cray.
The last scene shows the heavily pregnant March, who is sitting alone on a bench.
