Theodor Petter
Theodor Petter (born May 29, 1822 in Spittelberg , † October 15, 1872 in Vienna ) was an Austrian painter .
Life
Theodor Petter studied between 1835 and 1842 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna with Leopold Kupelwieser . From 1861 he was a draftsman at the Münzkabinett .
He was the son of the flower painter Franz Xaver Petter . His brother Gustav (1828–1868) was also a painter, known as an important collector of autographs .

Theodor Petter, who was involved in numerous exhibitions, painted portraits , genre and history pictures . Later, like his father, he concentrated on flower paintings.
