Theodor Spaeth

Theodor Spaeth (born July 17, 1833 in Neidenfels , † April 28, 1911 in Muralto , Ticino, Switzerland) was a German administrative lawyer and member of the Reichstag .

Life

Spaeth studied law at the Universities of Würzburg , Heidelberg and Munich . In Heidelberg he became a member of the Corps Rhenania in 1853 . From 1857 to 1869 he was a legal intern. In 1862 he was appointed Landkommissariatsaktuar in Homburg , 1868 in Neustadt an der Haardt , 1871 District Administrator in Bergzabern , 1879 Councilor in Speyer and 1890 Government Director in Regensburg. In 1896 he resigned from civil service.

From 1874 to 1877 Spaeth was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Pfalz 3 (Bergzabern, Germersheim) and the National Liberal Party . He was also involved in the Palatinate Trade Museum, was a member of the Board of Directors of the Palatinate Railways , a member of the General Synod and the Board of Directors of the Palatinate Beautification Association.
