Ferdinand von Soyer
Ferdinand von Soyer (born November 27, 1810 in Munich ; † December 22, 1868 there ) was a German customs officer and politician in the Kingdom of Bavaria .
Life
Soyer studied at the Ludwig Maximilians University, which had moved from Landshut to Munich , and was active in the Corps Palatia Munich in 1828 . He became an official in the Bavarian customs administration. In 1861 he moved from Neuburg am Rhein as head of the main customs office to Ludwigshafen .
From 1865 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies (Bavaria) for the National Liberal Party . For the constituency 3 Pfalz – Germersheim der Pfalz (region) he sat in the customs parliament in 1868 until his death . He died in office and dignity at the age of 58.
