The Thomas Baechel is a 1.6 km long right tributary of the Steinbach in Alsace ( Grand Est region ).

course

The Thomas Baechel rises at an altitude of about 280  m in the Northern Vosges in the Forêt domaniale de Steinbach northeast of the Col d'Obersteinbach . It initially flows northeast on the southeast slope of the Wittberg through the Obergallenwald . At Roethers it turns north and finally flows into the Steinbach at an altitude of 232  m west of Niedersteinbach .
