Thomer-la-Sôgne is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Chambois with 341 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy .
With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Avrilly , Corneuil and Thomer-la-Sôgne were merged to form a commune nouvelle with the name Chambois . The municipality of Thomer-la-Sôgne belonged to the arrondissement Évreux , the canton Verneuil-sur-Avre (until 2015: canton Damville ) and the local authority Normandie Sud Eure .
