Thomson Kibet Cherogony

Thomson Kibet Cherogony (born November 12, 1978 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2006, he finished fourth in the Nairobi Marathon half marathon competition .

The following year he won the Enschede Marathon on his full-distance debut and was twelfth in the Amsterdam Marathon .

A seventh place in the Reims Marathon in 2008 was followed by an eleventh place in the Rome Marathon in 2009 and a victory in the Bilbao Marathon.

In 2010 he set a course record at the Madrid Marathon with 2:11:27 h.
