Thulamela ( English Thulamela Local Municipality ) is a local municipality in the Vhembe district , Limpopo province in South Africa . The administrative headquarters are in Thohoyandou . Avhashoni S. Tshifhango is the mayor.
The community name means "small hills rise".
On August 3, 2016, parts of the congregation were slammed into the newly formed Collins Chabane congregation .
