Tilman Bollacher (* 11. February 1964 in Ludwigsburg ) was from September 2006 to August 31, 2014 District Administrator of the district of Waldshut .

Life

Tilman Bollacher studied law in Tübingen and Barcelona . On June 6, 1990, he passed his first state examination in law. From 1991 to 1994 a legal traineeship at the Heilbronn District Court followed . Between 1994 and 1997 he was head of social affairs at the Rems-Murr-Kreis district office . He then worked at the State Office for the Protection of the Constitution from 1997 to 1999 . From August 1999 to January 2002 he was a consultant for displaced persons in the Ministry of the Interior and was then (until May 2003) personal assistant to State Secretary Heribert Rech in the Ministry of the Interior. From 2003 to 2004 he worked as a department head in the Baden-Württemberg district council . From July 1, 2004, the non-party Bollacher was the first state official in the district office in the district of Waldshut .

On June 14, 2006, he was elected district administrator for eight years with 39 votes (14 votes were split between two other applicants) by the district councilors in the first ballot and thus succeeded Bernhard Wütz on September 1, 2006 . In 2010 Bollacher joined the CDU. On June 4, 2014, he was defeated in the third ballot by the non-party Martin Kistler , who had previously been a member of the FDP parliamentary group. Kistler succeeded Bollacher on September 1, 2014.

From 2009 to 2014 Bollacher was chairman of the regional planning and planning region Hochrhein-Bodensee .

Tilman Bollacher speaks French, Spanish, Catalan and English. During his time as a trainee lawyer at the Heilbronn District Court, he completed an internship at the German Permanent Mission to the OECD in Paris.
