Titular diocese of Flumenzer
The diocese Flumenzer ( Italian diocesi di Flumenzer , Latin Dioecesis Flumenzeritana ) is a titular diocese of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a submerged bishopric in the ancient city of the same name, which was in the Roman province of Mauretania Caesariensis . The bishopric probably went under in the 7th century in the course of the Islamic expansion .
