Titular diocese of Nisyrus
Nisyrus ( Italian : Nisiro ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese on the island of Nisyros , one of the Dodecanese in the eastern Aegean , which belonged to the Roman province of Asia or insulae in late antiquity . The diocese belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Rhodes .
