Augusto Trujillo Arango
Augusto Trujillo Arango (born August 5, 1922 in Santa Rosa de Cabal , Risaralda , Colombia , † February 24, 2007 in Manizales ) was Archbishop of Tunja in Colombia.
Life
Augusto Trujillo Arango was ordained a priest on August 6, 1945 in Manizales. In 1957 he was appointed auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Manizales and titular bishop of Nisyrus . 1960 took place by John XXIII. the appointment as Bishop of Jericó , in 1970 as successor to Ángel María Ocampo Berrio the appointment as Archbishop of Tunja . In 1998 John Paul II granted his resignation .
