Tobias Hainyeko is a constituency of Windhoek suburb of Okuryangava in the region Khomas in Namibia . The district has an area of ​​19 square kilometers and 45,912 inhabitants (as of 2011). It was created in 2003, following a proposal by the Delimitation Commission of Namibia , by separating the Hakahana constituency into two constituencies and was named after the freedom fighter Tobias Hainyeko .

The constituency also has a clinic, the Okuryangava Clinic .
