Windhoek-West ( English Windhoek West Constituency ) is a constituency of the Khomas region in Namibia . District administrative seat is Windhoek . The constituency includes the Windhoek districts Academia , Cimbebasia , Hochland Park , Pionierspark , Rocky Crest , Windhoek-Nord and the eponymous district of Windhoek-West .
