Windhoek-Nord is a district of Windhoek , Namibia and is located in the northwest of the city ​​center . Windhoek-Nord also borders the district of Windhoek-West in the south, the suburb of Khomasdal in the west and the Northern Industrial Area in the north. The Windhoek Central Hospital is located here .

Windhoek-Nord has a high proportion of commercial and industrial land. All major north-south road connections cut through this district, the marshalling yard, fire department and the Windhoek Central Hospital are located here. It is therefore not one of the most desirable residential areas in the city. Land prices are moderate and the district is inhabited by the rising black middle class.
