Hakahana ( Otjiherero for quick ) is a suburb of Windhoek in Namibia and consists mainly of tin huts . Until 2003, Hakahana was a constituency with a total population of 61,546 residents. It was one of the largest constituencies in Namibia, but was divided into the constituencies of Tobias Hainyeko and Moses ǁGaroëb .
