Eros is a suburb of the Namibian capital Windhoek . It is located in the northeast of the city on the edge of the Erosberg Mountains , after which the district is named. The district borders on Klein Windhoek , Windhoek-Nord and Windhoek-Central .

Eros is a mixed city district of light industry, trade and houses or partly also apartment blocks. It is one of the few districts in which the middle class mixes between previously separate ethnic groups.

The district is known for the Windhoek Medi-Clinic private hospital and the large newspaper publisher Namibia Media Holdings .
