The Todd Hill is a 1,245 m high and kliff like hills in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Royal Society Range it forms the southern branch of the Briggs Hill massif and the northern landmark of the entrance to Descent Pass .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1992 after the cartographer Ronald L. Todd of the United States Geological Survey , who between 1968 and 1969 was involved in the construction of geodetic surveying stations in the Hudson Mountains , the Jones Mountains , on Thurston Island in the area Farewell Island and the Walgreen and Eights coasts .
