Terje Olsen (* 1981 in Mjøndalen , Norway ), better known by his stage name Todd Terje , is a Norwegian DJ , songwriter and music producer from Oslo . His stage name pays homage to Todd Terry .

biography

Todd Terje released various extended plays from 2005 . The single Inspector Norse , released in 2012, brought commercial success and reached number 9 in the Belgian Ultratip charts (Flanders). The album It's Album Time , released on April 8, 2014, reached the album charts in Switzerland , the United Kingdom , the United States and Todd Terje's homeland, Norway .

Todd Terje wrote with Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow Williams single Candy , which reached number 3 in the German single charts and was awarded a gold record by the Federal Association of the Music Industry . He also produced two songs for Franz Ferdinand's fourth studio album Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action .
