2017 Tokyo Marathon
The 2017 Tokyo Marathon ( Japanese 東京 マ ラ ソ ン 2017 , Tōkyō Marason 2017 ) was the eleventh edition of the annual running event in Tokyo , Japan . The marathon took place on February 26, 2017. It was the seventh run of the World Marathon Major 2016/17 and had the gold label of the IAAF Road Race Label Events 2017 .
Wilson Kipsang won the men in 2:03:58 h and the women Sarah Chepchirchir in 2:19:47 h, both with new course records .
