The circle Xinhe (Uighur: Xinhe County ) of the district of Aksu is located in the Uygur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of ​​15,821 km² and has 140,000 inhabitants (2003). Its main town is the large community of Xinhe (新 和 镇).
