Tomáš Košický (born March 11, 1986 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak football goalkeeper .
Career
Tomáš Košický began his career in the youth team of FK Inter Bratislava . It was included in the professional squad of the team in the 2005/06 season and played five games in the Corgoň liga , the top Slovak division. After failing to assert himself in Bratislava, he moved to the Italian Serie A club Catania Calcio in summer 2008 . Košický made his debut on April 26, 2009 in the away game at US Lecce for the Sicilians. That season he received four more league games and conceded a total of eleven goals. In total, he made nine appearances in Serie A.
In the summer of 2012 he moved to Serie B for Novara Calcio . In the 2012/13 season he came to six league games, in the following season he was finally able to prevail as a regular goalkeeper and completed another 40 league games for Novara. At the end of the season he left the club and joined the Greek club Asteras Tripolis .
