Tonia Couch (born May 20, 1989 in Plymouth ) is a British water diver . She starts for the Plymouth Diving club in the disciplines 10 m tower and synchronized jumping. In dubbing competitions, she jumped alongside Stacie Powell and, since 2011, with Sarah Barrow .

Couch took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in part. She was eighth in the 10 m high diving as well as in the 10 m synchronized diving together with Powell. So far she has also participated in four world championships, in 2007 in Melbourne she was ninth in the 10 m synchronized jumping , in 2009 in Rome in the 10 m high diving she was eighth and in 2011 in Shanghai she missed one with Sarah Barrow as fourth in the 10 m synchronized jumping Medal barely. They were able to repeat this rank in 2013 in Barcelona . Her best result at a European Championship was a sixth place on the 10m tower in 2006 in Budapest .

In 2006 and 2010 Couch took part in the Commonwealth Games . She started in tower and synchronized jumping and always achieved single-digit placements, but could not win a medal.

Between 2007 and 2010 she was British Champion three times.
