Sarah Barrow (born October 22, 1988 in Plymouth ) is a British diver . She starts for the City of Leeds Diving Club in the disciplines of 10 m tower and synchronized diving . In synchronized competitions, she jumps alongside Monique Gladding and Tonia Couch .

Barrow made her first international appearances in 2006. She reached sixth from the tower at the Junior European and World Championships. At the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne and the European Championships in Budapest she was fifth and sixth in the 10-m synchronized jumping with Gladding. In 2008 in Eindhoven the duo improved to fourth place. With a view to the 2012 Olympic Games in London , Barrow has formed a promising duo with Tonia Couch since 2010. They achieved fourth place in the 10-meter synchronized competition at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in 2010 and a year later at the World Championships in Shanghai . At the 2013 World Swimming Championships in Barcelona , she came fourth in the 10-meter individual competition and fifth in the 10-meter synchronized competition together with Tonia Couch. At the 2014 European Swimming Championships in Berlin , she was European champion in the 10-meter competition.

Barrow has been British Champion several times since 2006.
