Tony Maiello

Tony Maiello (born March 15, 1989 in Castellammare di Stabia ) is an Italian singer and songwriter .

Career

Maiello comes from the Naples metropolitan area . After his application to the casting show Amici was unsuccessful, he took part in the first Italian edition of X Factor in 2008 , where he was able to achieve fourth place. Then it was produced by the juror Mara Maionchi . In 2009 he was able to release his first EP Ama calma . At the Sanremo Festival 2010 , Maiello presented the song Il linguaggio della resa , with which he won the newcomer category. The album of the same name was then released.

In 2012 Maiello switched to the Rosso al tramonto label and released several singles. From 2015 he also appeared as a songwriter for other artists, such as Laura Pausini , Lorenzo Fragola and Francesco Renga .
