Tony Neelankavil
Tony Neelankavil (born July 23, 1967 in Valappad , Kerala , India ) is an Indian clergyman and Syro-Malabar auxiliary bishop in Trichur .
Life
Tony Neelankavil received on 27 December 1993 by the Syro-Malabar Bishop of Trichur, Joseph Kundukulam , the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 1 September 2017 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Masuccaba and auxiliary bishop in Trichur. The Syro-Malabar Archbishop of Trichur, Andrews Thazhath , gave him on 18 November the same year in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes in Thrissur the episcopal ordination ; Co- consecrators were the retired Archbishop of Trichur, Jacob Thoomkuzhy , and the Syro-Malabar Bishop of Shamshabad , Raphael Thattil .
