Top series 2008
The top series 2008 was the 22nd season of the highest women's soccer league in Norway . The season began on April 12, 2008 and ended with the last game day on November 2, 2008. Champion was Røa IL from Oslo . For Røa it was the second championship title in a row and the third overall. In addition to Røa, Team Strømmen FK qualified for the UEFA Women's Champions League . FK Larvik and FL Fart had to relegate . But IL Sandviken and Fortuna Ålesund rose. The top scorer was Kirsty Nicole Moore from Fløya IF with 22 goals scored. The Asker FK club is starting the new season under the name Stabæk FK .
