Torrejón City is an early, Spanish-produced comedic western from 1962, directed by León Klimovsky . The film has not yet been shown in German-speaking countries.
action
When the strange cowboy Tim el Bueno - nearsighted and with wineskins in his saddlebags - arrives in Torrejón City, Wyoming, the entire city mistakes him for the notorious outlaw 'El Malo'. When the residents, who did not flee in panic, even want to lynch him, they find out that it is really Sheriff Rodriguez who is supposed to clean up the Gelichter and his cousin El Malo.
criticism
Klimovsky's staging style is based on silent film comedies.
Remarks
The rare film was apparently barely seen and is still hardly available today.
