May Heatherly (* 13. May 1942 in Los Angeles , California as Mary Gay Prindle ; † 6. October 2015 in Madrid ) was an American actress .

Live and act

Heatherly was born in Los Angeles, California in 1934. Her family emigrated to Spain at the age of eleven. She gained her first film experience from 1961 in television series such as Hawaiian Eye , My Three Sons , The Real McCoys and Smoking Colts . In 1962 her first major film role followed in the Spanish western Torrejón City in which she played the role of Ruth alongside Tony Leblanc . Two years later she could be seen alongside Robert Vaughn and David McCallum in the role of Heather McNabb in four solo episodes for ONCELsee. In the Spanish-American literary film adaptation Open Season - Jagdzeit (1974) she played alongside Peter Fonda and in the Italian-Spanish cannibal film Asphaltkannibalen by director Antonio Margheriti from 1980 she played the role of the nurse Helen. Other TV series and films followed, until she finally starred alongside Javier Bardem and Natalie Portman in Miloš Forman 's Goyas Geister (2006). Her last role was in 2015 in the Spanish production Vampyres - Lust auf Blut .
