Toulisourgion , in Latin Tulisurgum ( Greek  Τουλισούργιον ) is a place name, which in the Geographia of Claudius Ptolemaios as one of the in the interior of Germania north in the west lying places (πόλεις) with 32 ° 40 ′ longitude ( Ptolemaic longitudes ) and 53 ° 20 ′ latitude is specified. According to Ptolemy, Toulisourgion lies between Askalingion and Pheugaron . Because of the age of the source, the existence of the place around 150 AD can be assumed.

So far the place could not be located safely. An interdisciplinary research team led by Andreas Kleineberg, who re-examined the information given by Ptolemy, is currently locating Toulisourgion in what is now Braunschweig in Lower Saxony after the transformation of the ancient coordinates , as suggested by the cartographer Petrus Apian (1495–1552). The polis could thus have been a station on an east-west side route on Hellweg - one of the most important east-west routes in Germania magna.
