Senta works in a gallery and is friends with Rainer. He will leave her on her 35th birthday. Her plans to get an art scholarship also fail. Senta is disgusted by her employer because of his own urine consumption. One day she meets Thomas in the pub, who works as a system administrator and is rather unromantic. While Senta has an affair with Thomas, Rainer reappears. A special feature of the film is that Senta speaks to the viewer in every scene.
