Staircase is the debut album by the German rapper and singer Apache 207 . It was released on July 31, 2020 on the Four Music label TwoSides as a standard edition and box set.

Eleven different music producers were involved in the production of the album . So the songs Beifahrersitz , Boot and Nur ein Schluck were produced by Stickle , while the music calls to you , Fame and Matrix comes from Lucry and Suena, respectively . Juh-Dee produced the songs 28 Liter and Bluish together with Young Mesh as well as the piece Unterwegs with Kyree . Other productions come from Macloud and Miksu ( Never Understand ), WorstBeatz ( Up and Down ) and Goldfinger and Riddla ( voices ).

Guest contributions by other artists are not included on the album.

Cover design

Chart successes and singles

Staircase entered the German album charts at number one on August 7, 2020 . This is, after the record , the second top 10 and chart success in the German album charts for Apache 207. The first single Matrix was released for download on February 24, 2020 and reached number 2 in Germany. The second release, Fame , was published on May 8, 2020 and occupied the top position in the German, Austrian and Swiss charts. The following singles Boot , Bluish and Unterwegs also reached the top of the charts in Germany. After the album was released, the song Sie Ruft rose to number 1 in the German charts. It is the first song that was not released as a single and reached the top.
