Cover design
On February 26, 2013, Yelawolf called on all graphic designers via Facebook to create an album cover for the mixtape. The winning cover was used for the mixtape.
The cover was released on March 8, 2013. It shows Yela Wolf wearing large sunglasses and a beard. With his left hand he grabs the sunglasses and grins at the viewer. The white lettering Trunk Muzik Returns , Yelawolf and Slumerican & Supahotbeats are in the lower part of the picture. A US flag is indicated in the background.

The rappers ASAP Rocky and Big Henry can be heard on the song Gangster , while Yelawolf is supported by Raekwon and Killer Mike on Rhyme Room . In addition, Paul Wall on the song Hustle represented.

Singles
In the run-up to the album, the two songs Way Out and FAST Ride were released on YouTube. Music videos were also released for both titles. In addition, the song Gangster was put online on Yelawolf's YouTube channel shortly before the album was released. In October 2013, a video for the song Hustle was also released .
