The Trust Bank Ltd. is a credit institute in the West African state of Gambia . The company, managed by Pa Makoumba Njie and headquartered in the capital Banjul, is the country's leading credit institution . In addition to the usual banking services for private and business customers, Internet banking is also being prepared.

The shares of the bank, which was founded on July 3, 1997, have been traded on the Accra ( Ghana ) Stock Exchange , the Ghana Stock Exchange , since November 15, 2002 . Trust Bank is the first and so far (2006) only Gambian company whose shares are traded on a stock exchange. The approximately 940 shareholders are bank employees and individuals and institutions in Gambia and Ghana.

The company's headquarters in Banjul is on Ecowas Avenue in the neighborhood of the Central Bank . The bank has a branch network comprising eleven branches: two in Serrekunda and one each in Banjul, Yundum ( Banjul International Airport ), Serrekunda- Latri Kunda , Soma , Farafenni , Brikama , Kololi , Basse Santa Su and Bakau .
