Tschertsche ( Ukrainian and Russian Черче , Polish Czercze ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 700 inhabitants (2001).
The village is located in the historical region of Podolia and administratively belongs to the settlement community of Chemerivtsi ( Чемеровецька селищна об'єднана територіальна громада ) founded in 2016 in the southeast of the Chemerivtsi district .
It is located at an altitude of 211 m on the bank of the Smotrych , a 168 km long left tributary of the Dniester , 27 km southeast of the municipality and district center of Chemerivtsi and 77 km southwest of the Khmelnytsky oblast center .
