The 50th World Gymnastics Championships in artistic gymnastics are from 18 to 24 October 2021 in the Danish capital Copenhagen to take place. On March 1, 2018, Copenhagen was unanimously elected by the executive committee of the world association FIG . The venue will be the Royal Arena , which was inaugurated in 2017 and can hold up to 16,000 spectators . After the World Gymnastics Championships in Aarhus in 2006 , a Danish city will host the World Championships on May 2nd.
