Gymnastics World Championships 1954

The 13th World Gymnastics Championships took place in Rome from June 28th to July 1st, 1954 . For the first time after the Second World War , German athletes took part in gymnastics world championships. Both German states put together a team. The dominant nation was the Soviet Union .
