Tusly ( Ukrainian Тузли ; Russian Тузлы , Romanian Tuzla ) is a village in Budschak in southwest Ukraine with about 1900 inhabitants (2006).

The village, founded in 1787, is the administrative center of the district council of the same name . Tusly is located on Burnas Liman ( Бурнас лиман ), a Ramsar area on the Black Sea coast in the east of Tatarbunary Rajon in Odessa Oblast . The name comes from the Turkish tuzla for "salts, salt works".
