Tutschach is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Aflenz in the district of Bruck-Mürzzuschlag in Styria .

The settlement is located on both sides of the Jauringbach .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 36 building areas with 18,198 m² and 46 gardens on 27,599 m² in the cadastral community of Tutschach , in 1989/1990 there were 36 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 138 and in 2009/2010 there were 64 buildings on 142 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 52 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 65 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000, 47 hectares of agriculture were carried out and 66 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 43 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 65 hectares. The average soil climate of Tutschach is 25.9 (as of 2010).
